Hit the Road With Us: The 2026 Interfaith Justice Revival Is Almost Here 

At the end of this month, our team is packing up and heading to Southwest Virginia, and we want you to come along for the ride. 

We're gearing up for our annual Interfaith Justice Revival, a week during which our team travels from city to city across Southwest Virginia to share resources, build community, and most importantly, listen. For the second year in a row, we're proud to partner with the Virginia State Conference of the NAACP and the Virginia Poverty Law Center to bring these conversations directly to the communities that need them most. 

Expect an evening, or morning, filled with informative presentations and real opportunities for people of different faiths to connect, network, and stand together for justice.  Here’s where we'll be: 

• Christiansburg, Tuesday, July 28th | 5:30–8:30 p.m. Asbury United Methodist Church  
  
  
• Tazewell, Wednesday, July 29th | 5:30–7:30 p.m. Main Street United Methodist Church  
  
  
• Abingdon, Friday, July 31st | 10:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m. Unitarian Universalist Church of the Highlands

If you're in Christiansburg, Tazewell, or Abingdon (or nearby), consider this your personal invitation. Bring a friend, bring a question, and bring an open heart. Every voice matters at these gatherings.

It's been a long hot summer... but it's time to eat ice cream and talk about justice! You're invited to VICPP's upcoming chapter meeting on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:00 p.m. at Bon Air United Methodist Church. You can register below! 

This gathering will help revitalize our local connections with people of faith and goodwill. It will also give you an opportunity to learn about how local efforts can amplify the work of Virginia Interfaith. We're planning to focus on how to hold local meetings with elected officials and give you a chance to sign up for those meetings. Plus, we're bringing ice cream!

racial, and social justice in Virginia’s policies and practices
through education, prayer, and action.
