The Virginia Consensus for Higher Education in Prison, a new VICPP initiative, looks forward to exploring Virginia’s path toward meaningful access to college for incarcerated learners at a gathering hosted by McGennis Williams and Arlington Presbyterian Church on Saturday, June 15 at 10 a.m. Northern Virginia community members and leaders are welcome!
