Join the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy on the next two Thursday evenings, from 6 to 8 p.m., and the next two Saturday afternoons, from noon to 2 p.m. for virtual phone banking to get out the vote. All you need is a computer (laptop or desktop) with a working microphone connected to the internet! Using VICPP's script and a simple, user-friendly auto-dialer tool that makes calls eight times faster than dialing by hand, we'll reach more people more easily. Workers at the College of William and Mary had a major victory on Monday night, when they won their union! A majority of workers asked Sodexo (the food service contracting company) to recognize the union. VICPP Faith leaders in the Williamsburg area expressed support for these workers, and the William and Mary community rallied around them. Together, we can make a more just world for all workers!

The national Election Protection program is managed in our state by the Virginia Civic Engagement Table (VCET). Volunteer roles for the General Election in November are now available, each with a required training session. The training session is designed to give you tools and resources you will need, prepare you for what to expect, and run through a number of practice scenarios.
