Legislation moves fast in the Virginia General Assembly, and it's sometimes hard to keep up with all the committees and subcommittees. In mid-February, the bills that have passed either the House of Delegates or the State senate cross over to be considered by the other chamber. We'll cover the status of all our bills, and what you can do to make a difference in the final month of the legislature! We'll also review visits that took place during our Days for All People and the United Methodist Day of Action, and talk about follow up steps. Additionally, we'll be talking about how to support advocacy and more just policies year round, beyond the two months the legislature is active in Richmond. We look forward to seeing you!
