Registration will begin at 7:30 am. We will have a light breakfast available and the program will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m..
We will review our priority issues and then everyone will meet with their State Senator at 10:00 a.m. and Delegate around 10:45 a.m.
Lunch will be served around 11:30 a.m. and people will have an opportunity to gather with others from their area.
Workshops will be held after lunch. The day will end by 3:15 p.m.
We have arranged free transportation from Roanoke/Charlottesville, Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. Once you register for the event, you will be able to register for transportation.
We recognize that it is difficult for our friends from across the state to travel to Richmond on the morning of the 15th. If you would like to come into Richmond the day before, there are a few hotels within walking distance of the General Assembly building, which we have listed below.
Register before December 31 to receive early bird pricing ($30)!
The price for tickets purchased after January 1, 2025 will automatically go up to $40.
