#SolitarySolidarity Statewide Day of Action
Solitary Confinement Prayer Vigil and Solidarity Action in your Congregation’s Parking Lot

You are invited to join an in-person prayer vigil on solitary confinement in congregational parking lots (socially distanced outdoors with your mask on, of course!).

Help us spread awareness about the truth behind the inhumane practice of solitary confinement and the need to limit it! You can help us by taking photos at the event and:

• posting on social media with the hashtag #SolitarySolidarity ... and if you're able, also with these hashtags: #vicpp #virginiainterfaithcenter #allfaithsbelieveinjustice
• tagging us @vainterfaith (on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• emailing us your photos (let us know which event you were at and the names of people in the photos, if possible) to ayeshaGT@virginiainterfaithcenter.org

At the time noted below, on Sunday, January 23, a prayer vigil & solidarity action will take place in the parking lot of this congregation. Please arrive a few minutes early to get parked and ready. People of all faiths and people of goodwill are invited to participate.
